So Matthew and I ventured out for a long night out for the first time in a looooong time. We had dinner with some good friends of ours at Pomodori’s in Clifton (best wood fired pizza ever!), then headed over to hear our very talented good friend, Adam Wilson, play at the Rohs Street Cafe. It was a great time of food and fellowship and great music. I have to give a shout out to Adam, because if you didn’t already know this, he’s the music on my website. 🙂 This night out really made me think back to my college days when I refused to go to bed before midnight, and it also made me realize just how old I am. I’m not the same young wipper-snapper I used to be 🙂 Other than being totally exhausted, we had a wonderful evening – one that I will remember for quite awhile because it will probably be the only late night out for awhile. We’ll think back and say, “Hey, remember that night we all went out and stayed out late? Yeah, that was fun.” Good times.
