On Saturday, I was invited to photograph the wedding of Kevin and Larissa. Kevin is in my bible study, and it was such a treat to meet his bride! They have such a sweet story – Kevin met her while he was in Kazakhstan on a missions trip. She was his team’s translator! So needless to say, Larissa is from Kazakhstan, and their whole dating relationship has been across seas. She came over in June, and on July 11, they were married! This couple was so ridiculously romantic with each other, which made my job very easy. I guess that’s what happens when you’ve waited 3 years to be together!
The wedding and reception was at New Life Christian Church in Sharonville. It was a small, intimate affair with only 20 guests. The big party happened Sunday night, where they had a big picnic and cornhole. It was a fun evening as well! They asked me to have a slideshow ready for the event Sunday night. It’s amazing how fast I can work when there is a deadline involved!
