I photographed Nolan & Diana’s wedding a couple years ago, so of course I was thrilled to get an email from her saying she was pregnant! She wants me to do the first year baby package, but had an unconventional idea for her first shoot. In lieu of a maternity shoot, they wanted me to come document their gender revealing party – a party thrown in honor of finding out the baby’s sex. Of course I jumped all over this. So this past Sunday, when they had all their friends and family gathered (and a few skyped in), they found out for the first time what they are having – a baby ____. (See pics to find out 🙂 ) This party was absolutely ADORABLE. I think I’m going to steal some ideas for the next time we’re finding out what we’re having (whenever baby #3 makes an appearance in the Robbins’ household). Nolan and Diana had the guests take a guess at what the baby would be, then wear the appropriate pin (bow or mustache) that matched their guess. Seriously, what a great excuse for a party. I had a little fun with this one 🙂
