MARQUIS + ANEVA {married}

The best phrase I can come up with to describe this wedding is pure bliss. This was my first time meeting Marquis, therefore, Marquis and Aneva as a couple, but that didn’t matter as their photographer. They were so beyond amazing to work with, it was as if I’ve known (and shot) them long before! Aneva was a dream bride – not only was she simply stunning with such a unique dress, but she was very calm and collected, even if we were running over an hour behind schedule! And I think it speaks a lot to the couple the way the wedding party and family react to them. There were so many happy tears shed that day among everyone, that it shows you their love is real. It was such a wonderful thing to witness! The ceremony was held in Hyde Park and the reception was at Union Terminal. Aneva had so many little colorful touches and details, it all came together beautifully! Their reception was nothing short of fun, with probably the funnest (I know that’s not a word, but it’s the best word to describe it!) father/daughter dance combined with the sweetest mother/son dance. I feel so honored to have been a part of Marquis + Aneva’s wedding day! Thanks so much for having me!
