Last week, we loaded up the whole family and headed north to Muncie, IN for Matthew’s cousin’s wedding. I was honored to be able to photograph this special day for them and it was a true joy seeing these two together. This day has been a long time coming, and you could see the excitement and nervousness on both their faces throughout the day! Ryan first brought Dorothy to meet the family about 4 years ago, when they started dating. She was just finishing up high school, so as eager as Ryan was to marry her then, he needed to wait until she finished college. The week before the wedding, Dorothy graduated! So the wedding was truly a celebratory event! They were so in love, they required very little direction from me, which is always super fun to shoot 🙂
Congrats, Ryan & Dorothy! We are beyond thrilled for the two of you and welcome to the family, Dorothy!

Look who’s here?? Cutest wedding guest ever! It was quite interesting having my own kids at the wedding. At one point, I was sitting down taking pictures of the first dance, and all of a sudden, Emma was sitting next to me. That was definitely a first!
