It was the absolute perfect fall day for Jaime & Ted’s wedding in Oldenburg, Indiana. The weather finally gave us a break and cooled off just enough that we didn’t all die from heat exhaustion, which is always a nice change of pace from coming off a summer full of weddings. Jaime & Ted had a beautiful wedding, filled with all sorts of vintage finds (my favorite), and selfie-taking priests 🙂 Her flowers were gorgeous, she was stunning, the bridesmaids and groomsmen were fun, and Ted was totally enamored with his bride. All in all, a great day. The wedding took place in Oldenburg, IN at Holy Family Catholic Church with the reception following at St. Maurice Catholic Church Hall. The reception was quaint and festive, filled with so many different vintage details, I can only imagine how long it took Jaime and her posse to find all of them!! And many of them I wanted to swipe to put in my home. But alas, I kept my kleptomania instincts at bay and took pictures instead (but, seriously, Jaime, if you need to get some of those old books and things off your hands…. 🙂 )
I had an absolute blast shooting with the amazing Erin Dial again. It’s been far too long, my friend. Far too long.
These flowers were just perfection…
In all my weddings, I’ve never seen a priest take a photo during the ceremony. He even got a selfie in as well! Hilarious.
Their “party bus” was an actual bus. How awesome is that! (And so spacious)
If I had included all the marvelous details in this blog post, it would go on for days and days. I just had to pick a few, but seriously, this is just the tip of the iceberg of cool details they included….
