Halloween 2016

So we’ve managed to pull off yet another themed Halloween this year! I really can’t believe it, since every kid now has such an opinion about what they are going to be.  But all their opinions lined up this year to have another Star Wars themed brood.  Ok, so we’re not going to be very original or unique, and I’ll probably lose my kids in a sea of Reys and Kylo Rens, but they are thrilled to play out these characters! Luke was Darth Vader last year, so I tried to persuade him to be Luke Skywalker this year (Luke as Luke. He wasn’t as amused as I was), but he insisted on being Darth Vader again.  Well, no worries – that’s one less costume to buy!

Rey’s stick is a leash to one of Emma’s stuffed dogs.  She was the one who discovered it would be a great Rey stick.  I’m thrilled I didn’t have to spend $50 to get her a costume one! 🙂  So easy to please this one is. 🙂
