Whew! Last wedding in the books!! And what a stunner to end my 2017 year on. Seriously. Ward & Natasja were so beautiful, so fun, and they had a rain-free day for their early November wedding!! The skies looked like they could open up at any minute, but we were blessed, because we had a day outside without getting wet. And good thing too – did you see those trees at Pinecroft? Wow!
I just loved Natasja’s black and white wedding – so classic and timeless. The dresses (both bride & bridesmaids) were phenomenal, and even all the little details were simply gorgeous. From classically beautiful flowers, to a touch of the Netherlands (heritage of the bride), to the perfect venues, this was a great day. Pinecroft never gets old, and what Natasja & Ward did with their reception details….I’m speechless. I’ve never seen that room look like that before, with the rustic long tables, the x-back chairs, and the greenery and lantern centerpieces? That’s a pinnable wedding idea if I ever saw one. Simply stunning. And not only was a treat for the eyes, but the day’s timeline ran smoothly and effortlessly, with no hiccups. A photographer’s (and wedding planner’s) dream!!
HUGE thanks to my talented friend, Katie Laughlin, for rockin’ another wedding with me!! You’re the best!
Future assistant or future competitor? I’ll go with the former 🙂
Seriously. So gorgeous.
Dresses with pockets – one of my favorite things.
Both of them had just the sweetest family. What a heritage for their marriage!
I love a blurry exit shot. Fits so much the feeling of the moment when the couple has rushed down the aisle after getting married to have that one moment of peace to soak in what just happened!
So many friends and family came over from the Netherlands for the wedding!! I believe that speaks well of this family and this couple 🙂
All the lovely vendors that made this day possible….
