Joe and Diana’s wedding is coming up next month, so it was about time we scheduled the engagement session! The couple wanted to send out save the dates, so we tried to find a time to shoot their engagement session last winter in order for her to get those out soon after. Well, the day we picked was a bitter cold snowy day, so I came up with an idea. Normally, shooting in the snow can be fun and different, but this day was blistering. So I suggested we get together for a quick session for the save the date photos, then do a whole session later. They were on board with that idea, and once we met to do the first set of pics, I think all three of us were very pleased with our decision. The 5 minutes we were out shooting were miserable! But, thankfully, a good photo was used for the save the dates! The rest of the session took place on a hot October day (go figure!) in Mt. Adams, one of my favorite places to shoot. I’m super excited to shoot their wedding – it will be the next wedding I shoot! Yay!!

They enjoyed wearing their matching sunglasses so much, I thought “Why not have some fun with them?”
