It was so fun getting to spend time with this sweet family. Their girls, Maria and Julia, are absolutely beautiful and a joy to photograph. Little Julia was definitely not in the mood to do the kind of pictures I wanted, but wanted to do things her way. And frankly, at 3, is there really any other way? I didn’t mind chasing her around with my camera, catching whatever spunk or sweetness she threw my way. She kept me on my toes, but with 4 kids of my own, I’m totally used to that!! Also, something about Julia totally reminded me of myself when I was young (or so I hear through stories from my parents). She definitely warmed my heart. And sweet Maria was a natural with the camera, so full of joy and life. She reminded me so much of my Emma Jo! This is just one beautiful family! Thank you, Ress family, for allowing me into your lives!
